Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially outdoors and in the evening.

No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorised events.

Pets are only permitted where agreed in advance.

- Follow all instructions in the house booklet.

- Children must be supervised at all times.

- Use at your own risk.

- Use only as instructed.

- Never burn rubbish or plastic.

- Never leave fire unattended.

- Outdoor use only where stated.

- Do not enter surrounding fields.

- Do not cross fences or approach livestock.

Please use the bins provided and separate waste as instructed.

- Please leave the house in a reasonable condition.

- Report any breakages or issues as soon as possible.
