Booking Policy

This Booking Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Booking Types

- direct website bookings

- direct email or phone bookings

- third-party platform bookings

Property Type

Shantalla is booked as an entire property. Guests booking Shantalla have exclusive use of the house for the booked dates.

Payment Terms

At the time of booking, guests will either:

- pay in full, or

- pay a deposit, with the remainder due before arrival or on an agreed date

Non-Refundable Rate

If you select a non-refundable rate, the full amount is charged at booking and is not refundable if you cancel, change dates, or fail to arrive.

Standard Flexible Rate

If a flexible rate is offered:

- full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival

- up to 100% charge if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival

No-Show

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled in accordance with the applicable rate conditions, the full amount may be charged.

Check-in/ Check-out

- Check-in: from 16:00

- Check-out: by 10:00

Guest Details

The lead guest must provide accurate contact information and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy stated on the booking must not be exceeded.

Security and Verification

We may request reasonable identification, contact details, or confirmation of guest information before or during the stay.
